Artist / Photographer: Only2perCent A mooring line is holding a motorboat in Old Saybrook, Connecticut in September 2007. There were many other boats in the harbor that day. This one was about to move out into the ocean, washed and fueled. It looked quite new and sturdy, safe enough for a family week-end trip on water.
